I have a very high success rate on first visit completion as my service
van is fully equipped with all the tools and materials needed for on sight repairs. Customers are contacted within 48 hours and a report is forwarded via email / fax or post within 7 days.
All service calls will have digital photos to back up any evidence of misuse or false claims and at all times I will be representing the client/ you so no claims or outcome will be discussed with your customer causing more problems for you down the line.
